TMS Coordinator

MS Coordinator – Maternity Cover Contract
Location: Aberdeen

We are currently supporting a global training and workforce solutions provider in the appointment of a TMS Coordinator on a maternity cover contract, based in Aberdeen.

This is a key coordination role within a busy, client-facing environment, supporting the effective planning and delivery of training for a safety-critical offshore workforce. You will oversee and manage all training logistics in line with the client’s training matrix, ensuring employees remain compliant, competent and deployment-ready.

The Role

As TMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and coordination of training requirements, including course bookings, scheduling, certification and system updates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and booking training courses in-house and with approved external providers

• Proactively monitoring and managing workforce training requirements

• Identifying and liaising with suitable training vendors

• Updating and maintaining the Learning Management / Training Management System

• Managing booking status and capturing all changes accurately

• Adhering to departmental and client processes

• Liaising with travel agents to arrange training-related logistics

• Supporting the TMS Manager with additional duties as required

• Ensuring key performance indicators are met

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the client

About You

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

You will bring:

• Excellent organisational and administrative capability

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail

• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in customer service, training coordination or compliance-based roles

• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Renewables sector is advantageous
